My wife was at the IWK and was in need of getting a little pick me up so we arranged a pass for a few hours so she could get a pedicure done and they did not disappoint. They gave her the best experience she could have had, she was like a new women coming out of there. So if you’re at the IWK or anywhere in the HRM I’d recommend this establishment 100%. I have been using this business since 1997. I've met so many stylists that are so lovely here. my rating for this service is not aimed at the stylist. I paid more than 400$ for Kera smoothing. I get it done every year. two washes following all the instructions to the letter and the treatment was completely gone. it's so frustrating. the stylist did everything she was supposed to. and I follow all directions. Kera products need to do something about their reputation. this is a great place. they try so hard to accommodate any time issues, they're welcoming and kind.
I had my hair cut & coloured for the first time by a pro this weekend since the lockdown! I know, I know, I deserve better, but it ended up being worth the wait! Tony made my hair so pretty again! Vibrant colour, treatment and the cutest cut - cuz Tony never cuts too much (which is one of the reasons I book with him). He listens and helps get you to where you'd like to be with your hair, and he is a colour expert. Gotta say I highly recommend Tony whether you are looking for colour, cut, trim or style... he's your guy. Sweet and engaging as well. Also, a shoutout to the staff who are always classy and helpful as well. Bunch of sweethearts. Have fun at Kara's and enjoy your gorgeous new 'do!!
