I can't count on one hand how many times that Corey was in generous helping me. 🙏🏻 When I was in dire straits unsure how to proceed, he understood what I needed to have done, professionally acquired the tools necessary for the job, and implemented a successful strategy to move forward and go above and beyond the call of duty to in record time. He came right on time with the truck, and basically saved the day for everything twice in a row now! I am not sure about the other lady and I can't really comment on her situation...but I've had many things to move and other than moving them, he never touched anything that he was not supposed to and was very careful. I know that everyone's personality and outlook are different, but I just tell it like I see it. For me personally, he has earned my trust by doing exactly what he says he will by giving exact date and time and price, and I could not be more content with the services that I received. (y) I would highly recommend Hero Movers for any business or residential moves in Northeast Ohio.
