Sun Jan 05...went to get tiles, woman working was beyond miserable with terrible attitude. Went to home depot, got the tiles cheaper, I spent 970.00 today that "happy" Harry lost because of customer service.

The sales lady in the Bayers Lake location is the most unpleasant person I have ever had to deal with. It's clear she hates her job and dealing with customers. I was somewhat undecided about some flooring I was purchasing and I simply asked if there was a return/exchange policy.Her response was "is this gonna turn into a thing, because I don't want this to be a thing". It was aggressive and belittling. I ended up buying the flooring ONLY because I had made the trip specifically for the flooring that I saw online.Terrible experience!

For hardwood flooring, porcelain floor tiles, wall tiles and other items for finishing new house construction, this has been a go-to store for excellent service and helpful information (special thanks to Andrea), quality products and good pricing. We were lucky catching times when needed quantities were in-stock during this time of uncertainty of supply.
