I had a wonderful experience with the Abhyanga and Svedana Steam Bath combination. The atmosphere is very calming with soft relaxation music and nature sounds in the background. There is no talking during treatment (other then requesting you to turn over) which I found allowed me to get deeply relaxed and not have to worry about holding a conversation. I fell into a deep state of relaxation / sleep by the end which I take as a sign of a great massage, feelings of trust and sense of safety with the practitioner and healing hands !

Heidi is wonderful and has magical touch to her massage! I’m The treatment room is cozy and has thoughtfully layout. Heidi also provides lots of tips for self- care after the treatment. I would gladly come back for more!
