These guys installed our heat pump for us 11 years ago now and still will respond to calls for anything that needs servicing. Thankfully, we've only needed service once and our unit is still running well. The installers were professional, prompt, and courteous people, a pleasure to have around. Will definitely be looking for them to install any future heat pumps we need.

Don's refrigeration just installed 2 LG heat pumps in my condo. It was a pretty challenging job for the installers due to the layout of my condo, but they were amazing. I went with Don's because they've been in business for ages, have a top BBB rating, and are a preferred installer of NS Power. I can't recommend them enough!

Don and his dedicated crew were punctual, professional, friendly, experienced and hard-working. Don made sure to explain everything so that we felt comfortable with the new thermostat, air filters, and general setup. They installed our LG whole home heat pump and made sure that both inside and outside units were done thoroughly. The experience went seemlessly from start to finish and we couldnt be happier.
