I contacted several door and window companies in late spring for a door replacement. Delorey & Levy stood out from the start—they were the quickest to provide a quote, offered the best price, and had the shortest installation timeframe. Steve was fantastic to work with, and thanks to favorable weather, they were able to replace the door even earlier than planned. However, what was supposed to be a straightforward installation quickly turned into a nightmare. The original contractor had done such a poor job that the entire area around the door, right down to the foundation, was rotted. The front wall of our home was essentially gone. What should have been a one-day install turned into a three-day ordeal. Steve came out immediately, was honest, and reassured us throughout the process.
