At first, I had a bad experience with my rug, but the team reached out to me and explained that there had been a misunderstanding. They offered a free rewash as well as a refund for the first cleaning. When I received my rug again, the difference was clear. I appreciate the team’s support and understanding.
I recently used Deep Down Cleaning for carpet cleaning in our office area and was very impressed with their service. The team was professional, efficient, and delivered excellent results with a quick turnaround. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable carpet cleaning!
Good Morning,
I hired deep down cleaners to clean some stubborn stains on a carpet in our main hallway last week. The technician that arrived was courteous, efficient and ON TIME (which is rare to find these days). He did a nice job on the carpet and although the stains were quite old, he was able to remove 95% of the stains visibility. He did a nice job and I would not hesitate to recommend their service.
