I took my Car to Keizers in Bayers Lake after an car accident. The staff on the desk were very help full and the appraiser took my Car to see what the parts that would be needed for repairs. They gave me a date to bring my Car in and told me that they would book be a rental for me and gave be date that the Car would be ready. They texted me every day to give me an update and then a text that my Car was ready for pick up a week early. I could not believe the Car when first seen it, it looked like a brand new Car inside and out. Ant the repair was perfect .I strongly recommend Kaisers complete staff for their great job on my car.
I was recently referred to CSN Keizer's for a broken tail light and related collision damage. They were a pleasure to deal with. They took time to explain my options for repair and did a great job with the repairs I chose to do. I also appreciated the location - easy to get to and lots of parking. If I ever have the misfortune of needing autobody repairs again, I would definitely go to Keizer's.
The team at CSN Keizer's Halifax blew me away! Proficient and efficient in every aspect and the most personable and lovely people that excel in customer service! Considering it centered around a very uncomfortable event for me this team made it very easy for me. Thanks All!
