A fantastic shop. Old school. The mechanics really care about their work, and the lady at the reception (Jacky) is great with customer service. They really do have some talented people with lots of experience there. I recently had some exhaust work done that involved a little bit of welding - no problem at all. Everything was done in house. The repair is solid! Thank you Craig!

Most incredible customer service I have ever experienced! I am going on a road trip in 2 days and my check engine light suddenly came on. I panicked. I called about 15 other shops and nobody would take me in for a quick emergency appointment. I called Craig's and they told me to drop off my vehicle this same afternoon and they would have a look. An hour after dropping it off, they had it fixed for me and gave me an insane discount. They obviously prioritize their customers and helping people over pulling in a bunch of money, which is so rare these days. Jackie, who works in the office, is incredible. Very friendly and helpful.
