Thank you to the welcoming staff at Brilliance Computers. I have nothing but good things to say about how well they treated me and the quick and efficient service to fix my computer. At 82 years of age my computer knowledge is limited but I’m happy to report my computer is now up and running better than ever. I highly recommend them for any computer concerns.

I was upgrading the SSD on my laptop and found a stripped screw that I couldn't get to budge. I took the laptop here and they removed the screw for me really quickly and charged me nothing for it! I had called around before and another place was going to charge me $35 upfront just to "try".Was really surprised not only by how quickly they solved the problem but also for doing it for free, they even gave me a new screw to replace the stripped one. Great service! If I ever need anything fixed I'm coming here! Thanks!
