I had Mike come to our house to install a new GPU and power supply only to find out the GPU we bought from another store was defective. He did a great job walking us through our options over the past few days and yesterday installed everything perfectly.
He has incredible customer service, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He charged a very fair price despite having to make three house calls to us.

Came in to get a mediocre and bottlenecked desktop upgraded with some much better parts and I could not be happier with the service I received. Not only does everything run perfectly, but it cost significantly less than I was expecting for what was essentially a full rebuild minus the GPU. I was worried i would need to learn how to do this myself but with Brilliance Computers available, I don't think that will be necessary.
I 100% recommend these guys for anything computer related.
