I was upgrading the SSD on my laptop and found a stripped screw that I couldn't get to budge. I took the laptop here and they removed the screw for me really quickly and charged me nothing for it! I had called around before and another place was going to charge me $35 upfront just to "try".Was really surprised not only by how quickly they solved the problem but also for doing it for free, they even gave me a new screw to replace the stripped one. Great service! If I ever need anything fixed I'm coming here! Thanks!

I've gone here for nearly 20 years. I rarely need outside computer services, but when I do they are my first choice. They are a true solutions company and can offer that extra something to even the most knowledgeable PC enthusiast. They've always gone the extra mile.

Brilliance computers sales and technical staff have met all of my computer hardware requirements since I began dealing with this company in 2012. I recommend them highly and refer them often. Especially for laptop repairs and or referbishing sales. I find the quality of work to be above expectations and have an excelent ethic when dealing with it's customers.
