Came in to get a mediocre and bottlenecked desktop upgraded with some much better parts and I could not be happier with the service I received. Not only does everything run perfectly, but it cost significantly less than I was expecting for what was essentially a full rebuild minus the GPU. I was worried i would need to learn how to do this myself but with Brilliance available, I don't think that will be necessary.

I had a problem with a computer not starting last Fall and David had it up and running in 1 hour. A very knowledgeable Tech. Since then, I have dealt with owner Mike on several occasions and had him build two new computers to replace my old Win 10s. He gave me very good advice and was always very friendly and personable. Both him and David, his tech are solid folks to deal with.
I had Mike come to our house to install a new GPU and power supply only to find out the GPU we bought from another store was defective. He did a great job walking us through our options over the past few days and yesterday installed everything perfectly.
He has incredible customer service, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He charged a very fair price despite having to make three house calls to us.
He showed a genuine interest in helping us :)
