I bought two IPhone 17 pro max on Nov 12/25 and returned our old phones and the new protection plan was set up on them but on the returned phones the protection plan had not been cancelled as per my understanding when I asked if they would be cancelling it and was told yes. I now found out after 4 payment came out for the two phones I don’t own and have returned. I was told by geek squad that I was supposed to cancel it but I was not informed of that so now I was told by geek squad to go into the store and cancel it to get my money back which I will be going to do today but I also want my money back from them in total of 4 payment for both phones. Went to get one of the Boxing Day phone plans, even though it can be a cumbersome process we dealt with Adryan, he was great, made sure we got the best deal and was overall very knowledgeable.
