had a disappointing experience at the Best Buy store at 11 Washmill Lake Dr, Halifax. I went to purchase a laptop through Fairstone financing and clearly stated I could not afford the additional warranty the agent recommended. However, I later found separate unexpected charges, including a Geek Squad bill and another charge on the Best Buy app. Since I couldn’t afford these costs, I canceled the purchase. I was told there might be a $19 service fee, but I was charged $246.44 instead. When I contacted customer service, I was told the refund would take two business days.
