I am from the US and I was only in Digby for a few days. Mike from Flat Iron was so great to the point of making sure I was able to get my truck fixed even though he was booked and was a mechanic short. Would recommend to anyone in the area to go to FlatIron

My car started having brake problems while I was travelling from Ontario. When I called the shop in the morning Mike the owner ask me to come in the same day in the afternoon. Everyone in the shop was friendly and very professional. From the beginning they went out of their way to explain me the problem and mostly source the Honda Element parts for me. Derrick, the mechanic was extraordinary, professional. He performed all necessary repairs quickly and perfectly. He went definitely beyond his duties to make sure my car was road ready and safe.
