I lost all my hair a few years back after going through chemotherapy. It took 4 years to get it to a length I wanted and a style I loved. After doing the idiotic thing of using somewhere else and leaving with a mullet chop that made me feel like a shaggy dog and not a cute one - Virtue came to my rescue! I called Virtue in tears desperate for help. Virtue booked me in the next day with Nicole. The lady who booked my appointment told Melissa about my situation and unexpectedly I received a text asking for a photo so that she could see what I’d been left with. Melissa provided reassurance that everything was going to be ok and that she would be there to provide a consult and advice with Nicole. We decided on a cute pixie cut which has given me my confidence back and I’m smiling once again! Melissa was my stylist a while back - she is amazing at what she does. Melissa is so caring, has amazing work ethic, listens and advises before the scissors even come out! Nicole made me feel like a million dollars - she listened to my story, was super attentive and made me feel like I was the only person in the room. The style she created is amazing, everything I needed. Needless to say, I booked my next appointment before leaving the building. A big thanks to Nicole and Melissa - you girls are fantastic!
