Finished a new house build and Derek and his team were excellent to deal with. Very helpful in the selection process and they were one of the only trades who were on time and delivered exactly what they said they were going to. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

Incredibly positive experience until I payed the deposit. Weeks without information. E-mails not followed up. One of the installers showed up on the install date 6 hours late with 5% of the product. Only allotted himself 1 hour to do an 8 hour job.When I followed up (many business days later till i get a response) they sent someone else - really nice dude. They squeezed me in and he did most of the job in a morning. I planned with Taylor another day to have it finished and took a day off work. Apparently the installer did not know this and went to Mexico - He wasn't able to make it that day.
