I have used SHINES to come into my home twice now, and I am very pleased with them. Both times they have sent out excellent technicians. I gave both the technicians (Kaleb & Mason) a five star rating each time they came. From the receptionist who answers the phone and looks after you, to the company itself, as well as the technicians, they are very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you SHINES. Well done.
What great service! Melissa came by to clean our heat-pumps. She was efficient and gave us lots of tips on how to keep our units working in tip-top condition. She took extra time to go through the upkeep as well and how to clean my filters. I will definitely continue with this company! Thank you!
I was impressed with this company right from when I made the request online. I got a message saying someone would be in touch. And they did!!! Making the appt was easy. There were reminder texts, I got a message with a map tracker when the tech was on the way. Melissa arrived and was very polite and professional. She was neat, organized and clean. Through the process of cleaning our heat pump she talked about the proper way to operate and maintain the heat pump. What settings to use to help reduce condensation , creating mold. All in all, professional, courteous, fair price and a great job. I did NOT know that breathe clean is now Shines Energy. Highly recommended.
