We have had our triple safe sump pump system, installed by Ridgeback Basement Systems, for many years. We have it serviced annually to make sure it is in tip top shape. The service technicians at Ridgeback Basement Systems are knowledgeable, professional on time and clean up is amazing. Can’t say enough positive things about Ashley who was here today. During a basement reno, we found one of our cinderblock walls was bowing inward. Local mason quoted $16k to replace 12’ of wall. Contacted Ridgeback and received an estimate for carbon fibre straps to stabilize the wall. Team showed up right on time, very minimal mess. Cleaned up the area. Very polite and answered my questions. Saved me around $11k. Highly recommend this team.
