    As a BJJ athlete, injuries are often an inevitable part of training. Every time I revisit proactive I know I’m on the path to recovery. As soon as you begin treatment with the team at proactive it’ll be evident that you are in caring hands.Shout out to physiotherapist Brandon Kelvey… not only does he immediately alleviate pain and discomfort; he also empowers me with the knowledge and tools to maintain progress long after our sessions conclude. Brandon’s dedication to my health and well-being is truly remarkable!

    I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with both team members I’ve worked with. Both Nick Bagnall and Brandon Kelvey are excellent physios. Both have treated me for bjj and mma related injuries. Excellent results every time. Keep up the great work!

    I’ve been working with Brandon Kelvey for the past few weeks to do rehab following hip surgery; he came recommended to me by someone else who had the same surgery.He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to injury rehab and knows most of the orthopaedic surgeons’ protocols. He provides helpful body cues, practical exercises with good progression each week and pushes me out of my comfort zone to make progress. At the end of each session he recaps all of the exercises and demonstrates them while I film them so I remember. This has honestly been so helpful.
