This is my second vehicle that I have bought from Portland Street honda , reason being the high professionalism of the the staff , both sales and service and the satisfaction that i have gotten from them . But I must give my greatest appreciation and thanks to Jennifer , for going above and beyond to help me buy my 2024 passport , this is the second suv that i have bought from Jennifer , my job takes me all across canada , and not being in nova scotia, it made Jennifer's job alot more difficult . The best service experience I've had in my 25 yrs of owning a car . Went in with electrical issues and problem was diagnosed right away. Had to wait a few days for part to be shipped. However I was kept up to date every step of the way and offered a rental car while mine was in shop for few days. Thanks Mike D. for making my experience a pleasant one.
