My friend’s daughter is in a wheelchair. Every year her portrait is off centre. This year is no exception. My friend asked that the glare be removed from her glasses. You’d think it was done by an amateur. The inside corner of one eye and the outside corner of the other were removed and replaced with a whitish blob. It looks like she has snot in one eye. And for some strange reason they removed her wheelchair from the photo. She looks like she’s floating in the air Mom did not ask for this. Wish I could give a 0. The most ignorant man I have ever dealt with. And for a photographer to say he doesn't look at the photos. Horrible! Horrible HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . GO ELSE WHERE!!!

Just OK. Not better or worse than other companies that do the same thing. They did school photos for my kids school this year. I honestly feel like there aren't real photographers anymore just people with expensive cameras. They point, click and done. If I had their equipment I could do the job myself and maybe even better. I had a friend take over my photo shoot at an old Walmart photo place and got beautiful Christmas pics one year. She was just a regular person who pointed the camera and clicked the button. For me I don't see a difference. I expect better than that from a professional.
