In the city for the holidays, my truck lost a freeze plug. Called around and nobody had any in stock. They had plenty in stock as well as coolant and locktite I needed to get me back on the road. From one shop to another thanks a million. Quick to answer the phone and fair pricing!
Traveling from pei for work in dartmouth. My car lost heat and was spraying antifreeze. It Started overheating and I was basically stranded. I called 10 different shops and nobody could help me. Finally called nova automotive. Even though they were flat out busy they took me in figured out what was wrong and got me back up and running. For under 200$, they save the day! Very friendly and you dont feel like you're getting ripped off. I highly recommend this place. And I am very greatful for theire service.
Counter staff seemed to be very knowledgeable and interested in my concern over a worn engine part ... Their experience and advice gave me options , and I made an informed decision to order a replacement part , which they were able to do in a very timely matter .
