Excellent service and a very fair price.

He is punctual, friendly, and very thorough. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and that is reflected in the quality of his work. He has been in the business for 30+ years. He managed to make this dingy pull-out couch look excellent. It was previously covered in stains and dirt.

His extractor tool recovers the vast majority of the moisture so the drying process is not long.

He was open about what stains could and couldn’t be extracted and was happy to go over sections again if asked. The soap he used left no smell.

High quality work and Judd takes a lot of pride in it. Judd came in and was very efficient and cleaned our carpet until it looked new again. He explained things as he went along and gave us tips for spills and stains. Very jovial fellow -we got a super clean carpet and some entertainment to go along with it! I would hire him again without reservation.
