Dr. Snow is amazing, very kind and patient and very empathetic.
the young staff member that helped me choose my frames was also wonderful. Very patient and explained the difference between the lens and the cost. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed and despite my many questions, she was patient and answered every question and explained everything to me.
I will definitely be dealing with only FYI for all future purchases for frames, and their prices are very competitive with the large box stores.
I needed a last minute appointment and was accommodated quickly and kindly. The exams were thorough, doctor listened and gave good advice. A glasses issue was also solved quickly with good advice and skilled recommendation. Front office staff is always welcoming and patient.
Went in to get my glasses readjusted after bending them in a basketball game. Sarah helped me out a lot by adjusting them for me and did not charge me a single penny. Thank you Sarah
