Emergency response team came quickly to assess damage. Follow up happened equally as quickly team came in and removed damage building materials from flood and cleaned and dehumidifier area. Very professional and courteous.

From the moment they came to the house, First OnSite’s team were very professional, reassuring and kept to their timeline. It took a huge load of worry off our shoulders. From start to finish they kept us informed of the process, the timeline and what to expect. I’m so glad I made the call to go with their services. I highly recommend First OnSite for any restoration projects.

I was introduced to First OnSite via our house insurance provider for a water leak into our kitchen. They visited on a Saturday, sent a contract on Sunday (while the project manager, Jason, was on vacation), started work on Monday and were totally finished by Thursday. They communicated well, were responsive to specific comments about accommodating family requests (I have young children), cleaned-up after themselves and were consistent with follow-up and timing. We were very pleased and would recommend.
