Our basement started leaking late at night, by the next morning we were flooded. First Onsite was dispatched by our insurance to do emergency repair and all repairs that followed. Every single person that came to our house was amazing, they were courteous, they were hard working, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about them, during a time of stress and helplessness we couldn't have asked for a better team. Thank you, so much, to each and every one of them.
Victoria MacDonald was very responsive when the water damage was discovered in our living room.She is very intelligent and knowledgeable as a project manager. She was very sensitive to needs of both my wife and myself. Two of the members of her team (Jamie and Shannon) were very skill full at the work to complete the restoration as well as very understanding our needs during this event.
