My coffee machine broke over the holidays - or so I thought! Gerald was able to talk me through the process of resetting my filter over the phone. This isn't the first time we've used their services but I truly appreciate that they were able to be honest with me instead of having me bring the machine over for a simple fix. Much appreciate the excellent above and beyond service.
My espresso machine broke and I found this local company on instagram. Very quick to respond, fixed my machine promptly, and I didn’t have to purchase a new one like I originally thought I would. Reasonable repair price, great location, and great service. Will be back (hopefully not soon). Thanks again!
