Coffee Tech Sales and Services is a great local place for niche coffee gear and expert advice. They provide wonderful, top-notch service and excellent above and beyond customer service. They offer prompt, reasonable repairs for coffee and espresso machines, often providing honest help over the phone. The business has a great location and is very quick to respond. Customers are extremely happy with the helpful suggestions for their needs and appreciate not having to purchase new machines. It is a highly recommended service experience.
I recently had an issue with my Rocket Giotto espresso machine leaking underneath, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, Marcel was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to address all my concerns—especially important since I was traveling two hours to get there.
They were very accommodating and scheduled a time that ensured the owner would be available to assess and repair my machine. I had an old Jura F9 that I was fixing myself, and I needed some O-rings, so I came here to get them. Marcel, one of the managers, was incredibly helpful, an absolute wealth of knowledge, and overall a pleasure to deal with.
The parts only cost me a few dollars, but Marcel still took the time (on what was clearly a very busy day) to pull up the diagrams, confirm that the work I was doing was actually going to fix my issue, and give me tons of advice for putting my Jura back together.
Amazing experience. I called ahead to ask about tuning up an old Gaggia machine and when I arrived they did it on the spot, had some accessories I needed on hand, cleaned and tuned up a couple parts and answered all my questions. No upselling on things I didn’t need but suggestions if I was interested. And I got a nice coffee while I waited! Customer service should always be this way. Note that they are no longer in unit 12, they’re a few units down to the left.
