Joe is honest, gets the job done, a great trouble shooter. Very reasonable. All qualities not found at garages around here. My wife and I are customers forever forward on both our vehicles. On top of that Sarah and Joe are very nice, kind people. Would recommend them to anyone!

Professional, courteous, friendly, high quality, flexible and great value - words seldom attributed to an auto repair shop (think of the scene in Clint Eastwood’s Gran Torino) but in this case, I fully endorse those words for big Boy Auto and its team! This is the best automotive service shop I've ever visited. They are very friendly and exceptionally honest. I'm never taking my car anywhere else. The service advisor and automotive technician are amazing people. Thank you Big Boy Auto!
