Last Sunday, our hot water tank decided to turn the basement into a swimming pool. The water had obviously been leaking for several hours overnight, spreading throughout 90% of our partially finished basement. Our insurance company sent ServiceMaster to assess the damage. We initially took steps recommended by the insurance company to mitigate our damages. When Barb came by Monday afternoon, she was so confident and compassionate, walking me through the next steps. A family member got sick and we needed help getting their home cleaned after neglect and water damage. Joanne at Service Master was amazing. She quickly answered our calls and emails, got a team on site for an assessment and a team for the cleaning and repairs. Everyone was professional, kind and hard working. I had a flood in my basement. After the plumber fixed the problem, they came very quickly and were able to explain what they were going to do. Within a few hours everything was cleaned and a few days later everything was dried and disinfected. Barb was incredibly helpful and gave me relief from the moment she arrived. I couldn't give this service a better rating. It was a tough situation and they made me feel at ease.
