We had a wonderful experience at SENSEA this week.
Very relaxing atmosphere, rituals were interesting.
Best part for me was the Hammocks Forrest. Loved my short nap under the trees.

The best spa experience in Nova Scotia! I enjoyed every minute of it and honestly didn’t even have time to take many pictures. From the hot and cold tubs to the sauna and beautiful relaxation rooms, everything was designed to help you completely disconnect and reconnect with yourself and nature on another level.
If you’re looking to escape reality for a few hours, this is the place to go. Shut your brain off, slow down, and just enjoy the experience. The service was also 10/10, everyone was so welcoming and attentive. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back!
