I had a great experience with Oleg at Harmony Health Center. He is professional, skilled, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. His massage techniques were excellent and really helped relieve tension and stress. I left feeling refreshed and much better. By far the best massage therapy clinic on the South Shore... Previously, I've experienced massages throughout Toronto, North York, the Guelph area, as well as Kitchener & Waterloo. I was hoping to find a great massage therapist upon moving to the East Coast and fortunately have found one here at Harmony Health. Nathalie is amazing; excellent touch, and always knows the appropriate amount of pressure to apply. If you live around the area, do yourself a favour and book a session, today.

Don’t know how I could survive with out this place. I always walk out physically feeling better and the staff is always so kind and good talkers so it is nice on the social aspect too! Taking care of yourself is so important and this staff makes it easy to do so. I highly recommend!
