I had them replace a windshield and the process was very easy. They did a great job and are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
My windshield was cracked they gave me an apppointment the following day and changed it. Price was reasonable . Super nice team, i think Jeff was the person at the desk, very helpful and kind. They told me if i have an impact to come back . A month after i had an impact they took me on same day i called and fixed it with no charge. I recommend them 100%
Had our windshield replaced a few months back, at that time we provided a 5 star review. We recently had an issue with the window trim, no fault of Novus, however, Jefff fixed the issue for us no charge. Jeff and crew are awesome. If we could give more than 5 stars we certainly would. Thanks Jeff
