In Aug 2023 we were looking at a truck from a Bridgewater Wholesale Dealership, they recommended the truck be checked out by an mechanic as their vehicles are sold "as is". We live about 2hrs away and reached out to South Shore Tire & Automotive, the recommended we get an 85 point inspection to ensure we knew as much as possible before making a purchase. We felt very comfortable with the service we received and it matched recommendations from our own mechanic. South Shore Tire offered to connect with our mechanic as well if needed. They squeezed me in at the last moment because I was close by and live 2 hours away, they were very friendly and I believe they are honest. And while the news about my air con was not good they were upfront and did not waste my money doing work that would not have had the desired results. And their goodwill ambassador Bailey is very charming and very floofy :-)

Pleased with the service and the folks seem pleasant too. Even though they couldn't do my dually truck alignment they gave me a decent estimate of the work required.Price wasn't unreasonable either.
