We brought our sweet but stubborn diabetic cat Silas to the Valley Cat Hotel for a trial stay, and while he decided to go full diva and not eat (which meant no insulin and an early trip home), I still can’t say enough good things about Betty Ann and her setup. The space is cozy, clean, and clearly designed with care—and it’s obvious how much she truly loves what she does. Betty Ann was so kind, patient, and accommodating, doing everything she could to help Silas feel safe and settled. She asked thoughtful questions, kept us in the loop, and even stayed with him into the evening trying to get him comfortable. Betty Anne is a very loving person. She took care of my Stevie very well. Stevie is a senior boy and needs lots of attention. He is still a healthy senior! I would highly recommend Valley Cat Hotel.

Valley Cat Hotel has been my cat Arlie’s second home for both short and long term for the last 4 years. I have never had a reason to worry about the love and care my cat receives while in Betty Ann’s care. And she returns home a very happy, content cat. Every time. And that’s what matters.
