The setup is clean and designed with care, and staff are attentive to each cat's needs. They regularly provide updates and photos to owners, giving peace of mind. Many cats return home healthy and happy, and owners often choose to book again for their next trip. The owner’s loving attitude and willingness to work with each cat, including offering short daycare visits, show a true dedication to the animals' comfort and happiness.
We brought our sweet but stubborn diabetic cat Silas to the Valley Cat Hotel for a trial stay, and while he decided to go full diva and not eat (which meant no insulin and an early trip home), I still can’t say enough good things about Betty Ann and her setup. The space is cozy, clean, and clearly designed with care—and it’s obvious how much she truly loves what she does. Betty Ann was so kind, patient, and accommodating, doing everything she could to help Silas feel safe and settled. She asked thoughtful questions, kept us in the loop, and even stayed with him into the evening trying to get him comfortable. None of the issues with the stay were any fault of hers—Silas was just being his dramatic, stubborn self. Betty Ann even offered to try a few short daycare visits between insulin shots to help him ease into the space more gradually, which just shows how much she was willing to work with us and try to make it work. I knew he was in the best hands, even if he refused to appreciate it. For any cat parent looking for a safe, loving, and well-run place—this is it. I'm so thankful to Betty Ann for giving Silas a chance and being so understanding, even when he was a bit of a handful.
Thanks again from us and Dusty for another stay with you! It gives us such peace of mind to know Dusty is happy and safe while in your care when we travel. He walks right into his kennel when we arrive he’s so comfortable there! He comes back himself every time which tells me he is relaxed and stress free during his stays with you. So happy we found you all these years ago!
A shout out to Betty Ann and Jasmine for all of the loving care and attention they show my boy White Socks,or Mr.Woderful as he is affectionately known.He has been in their care for a year and a half now...hes a regular and with my schedule he is at Betty Ann's as much as he is home. The level of commitment Betty Ann and Jasmine dedicate to White Socks and the rest of the clowder is second to none. We feel blessed to have them. As i say when im away, i think about him but i dont worry about him. Big difference.I know he is in good hands. To anyone needing the Valley Cat Hotel's services, dont hesitate.I highly recommend.
