Ken has come out three times for us now and is truly amazing. When he says he’s open 24hr he means it. We called Ken on a Saturday at 10:30pm and he offered to come out that night. Ken is able to quickly diagnose and fix your problem. He is kind, respectful and honest. If you need a plumber, call Ken.
Just had a plumbing emergency late Saturday night. Called Ken at 8pm and he came right over. Ken is professional and personable. He fixed my issue very quickly. I was scared we weren't going to have running water for the rest of the weekend before he came. I called a bunch of plumbers who advertise 24/7 emergency service but many of these other plumbers are falsly advertising. Ken at KP Plumbing and Heating really does offer 24/7 emergency service and I am so happy I called him!
