Terrible experience.
dropped off mine and my husbands taxes, was told it would be a couple days and someone would call us, after a week and a half I called and asked what the status was of our return. Was told our taxes weren’t done and someone would call me within 2 days. Never heard anything again. Called again after 2 and a half weeks, was told they were sent over to the New Minas H&R block but it was almost done. I never received a phone call again, after over 3 weeks of having our taxes we stopped in and they were finished but no one ever called to notify us.
If you can’t offer what is advertised, be honest to the customers about the lengthy wait times.

Was told my taxes would be done in a week if I was asking for instant refund… waited a week and called to see the status of my return… then told they’re still working on them but it will take another week. Why advertise yourself as tax experts, and offer instant refunds if it takes the same amount of time to e file? I had a horrible experience with the H n R block office in New Minas last year and I decided to give berwick office a try as they are local to me. Never again will I got to another H n R block, do not recommend any H n R block at all.
