This company is incompetent. Do not use them
Momma Racoon and 3 babies got into my 1 story kitchen attic. 1 Rep from NS and 1 from NB arrived. They got the 2 or 3 day old babies but Mom hid and they told me she left. Horrible customer service... They were contacted over a month ago about a bed bug infestation and it's been almost 7 weeks and they still haven't even given a time or date of when they would come fix it.
