I called Braemar/Rentokil to book an appointment for pest control. They did not show up for the appointment nor did they have the courtesy to even call me to advise they wouldn't be coming. 2 months later they sent me a bill of $150 for a service they did not provide. This company is incompetent. Do not use them

Momma Racoon and 3 babies got into my 1 story kitchen attic. 1 Rep from NS and 1 from NB arrived. They got the 2 or 3 day old babies but Mom hid and they told me she left. After about 6 hours she was still there and started to rip the place apart and I called them again and then opened up a place for her to go and she finally left (so did I!). I took the babies to the NS DNR and they put them down as Hope For Wildlife refused to take them. End result, I signed up for the removal and a 1 year contract where they would come 4 times in that year and come when/if I called. The guy from NB was the one to come and to the service and all he did was complain about the New Guy...read full review

Horrible customer service... They were contacted over a month ago about a bed bug infestation and it's been almost 7 weeks and they still haven't even given a time or date of when they would come fix it.
