He takes the time to make sure you understand the repair and the likely cause behind it. Their pricing is very fair, and they give you options when parts need replacing.

We had a breakdown in Antigonish on a Sunday. We are elderly and were 250 k from home. Mike took our van in first thing Monday morning and worked at it until it was fully repaired, even though he had a backlog of other vehicles. It required a complicated fix and he did an excellent job. He was an absolute gentleman, both kind and caring. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. It’s easy to see why his ratings are so high. They’re well deserved.

Amazing service! My family was travelling through Antigonish on our way home, after a full day of travelling, when we started to have car trouble. It was after 4:00 and Sullivan’s was the first garage we came across. The nicest mechanics said they would do what they could to find the problem but were unsure if it could be fixed today. They went out of their way to help us even when it was pretty close to closing time. They found the problem, fixed it, and we were back on the road within 45 minutes! These guys were extremely kind and friendly! Service was quick and they knew what they were doing! I can’t say enough about the service we received! Highly recommend!!
