I was in this office today with my daughter. She is a senior nursing student at St FX and has taken a summer coop job at St Martha’s Regional Hospital. We had some questions about things that seem to be missing from her immunization record. We were directed to go talk to the people in this office by public health. I just want to say the receptionist was very rude to us. Wouldn’t answer any of our questions because we didn’t have an appointment. She was very dismissive and made us feel stupid for even asking the questions. Also very sarcastic at times, telling us she doesn’t have a “magic pen” to sign requisitions. I was a patient with Dr. Steeves and Dr. Hickey for over 40 years. I have been quite healthy and have not needed to see a Doctor in over 5 years. The new Doctors that took over will not accept me as a patient since I have not been to the Doctor in the last 5 years. Absolutely horrible. This is wrong on so many levels.

Writing my long overdue review and experience with dr. Elizabeth Cooper. I was a patient of hers for 8 months following a knee injury, and I’ve never had a less professional experience with somebody in the medical field. After failing to understand how my injury occurred, she insulted me multiple times. Often calling me reckless, stupid, dumb, any derogatory words of the likes. She always had a bitter attitude when I went to see her or had to talk to her on the phone, and clearly had no interest in addressing my injury as she never booked me a surgery in the 8 months with her.
