The staff was so respectful and so kind to us throughout the process! They even have a room at the back so we did not have to come in through the waiting room and we had full privacy to navigate this emotional experience. I am not a regular client, but was in the area on vacation when my dog began experiencing a pain flare up and needed to see a vet. The clinic got me in the same day I called, and as mentioned, all care was excellent. The vet spent a long time with us listening, asking lots of questions, and doing a thorough exam. There was no pushing for extra services or imaging - they were offered as an option but the vet explained in detail whether it was needed or not, as well as pricing, so I felt I could make the right decision for my dog. The clinic even called me the next day to check on my dog and ensure the medication was working. My dog is already much better thanks to their help. I am so glad Westmorland was here for us!“
