The staff is kind, compassionate, and understanding, making difficult experiences easier to bear. Dr. Stephens is knowledgeable and professional, providing perfect services from routine shots to emergency care. The hospital's attention to detail, such as ink paw print mementos and comforting swaddles, demonstrates its commitment to supporting pet owners through life's ups and downs. Dr Paige goes out of her way to make the pet and human comfortable with what is going on. Office staff, super friendly and helpful. They care about your dog. Dr Diane Stephens is amazing. They check up on your progress and are happy to answer questions.
We were on trip around Newfoundland and our 17 year old cat took a turn for the worst. We tried to get home to Ontario but we had to make a hard choice. We showed up at Westmorland and the vet understood and was very compassionate. They advised us and in the end we knew it was our cats time. I cannot say enough good things about this Vet. They are the real deal. If you want a Vet that cares (and my interaction was brief) this is your Vet. I only wish I could find a vet like them where we live.
