They have entered incorrect information on my daughter's file and refuse to take it off. It's still there even after they said it wasn't. She had a problem and they couldn't care less, so they gave lip service and sent us away. Tried to force her to get shots and vaccines, especially that horrid killer one (covid), and when I, the adult and mother, said NO, they tried to whisper to her (the child/minor) and trick her into it. How disgusting! So wrong! Beware!
Great place if you don't want your husband or wife to know what medical procedures you have chosen to give your child. The doctors will gladly hide the truth from your partner and even call the police if you don't agree with there narrative.
Dr. Parker is personally great but dealing with Holy Cross Hospital on the billing since they took over this practice make it impossible for us to continue to use Taos Clinic for Children. The HCH billing department does not return calls and is unable or unwilling to resolve issues.
