Only after taking to the internet and posting on multiple sites did I get a response from my local Sears and the district Manager. 5-stars for resolving my issue and 1 star for me having to go to such extremes to get the resolution. They have taken back the ice maker and provided me with a refund of the purchase price. Thank you Drew and Joe, but I'm still done with Sears.
