We were heading thru Taos, NM and my husband was complaining of a possible eye injury. We called RealEyes, and they had an opening (on a Saturday). What a blessing! Others told us to go to an ER and this location was actually open! It turned out to be a scratch and he was given a prescription. We saved thousands of dollars since we did not need the ER as we did not have insurance. Thank you to all the staff for working us in.

Thank-you for helping out a ‘walk-in’ who had sat on & mangled her glasses this morning. Your service was generous, kind, helpful & cheerful. And no charge! They now fit perfectly and sit straight once again, and my trip home to Australia next week will be so much more comfortable for it.With much appreciation, Maria

My highest recommendation! I was just passing thru town, so I needed a quick repair for my broken glasses. I am not exaggerating when I say the admin/receptionist, Sky, & optician/office Mgr, Roberta, could not have been more gracious if I was a celebrity. Sky promptly escorted me back & introduced me by name to Roberta who greeted me with the same genuine hospitality. She promptly fixed my glasses and showed me a trick to fix the problem without breaking them in the future. It was a very uplifting experience.
