A property I look after for absentee owners had an issue with sewage backup into one bathroom. There were compounding issues, such as the lift station, location of lines to the septic, the electric panel, plus and a leaking well head. I called Phoenix for their help in correcting all the issues. John and his work partner came out, on time. They began to diagnose the problems which were multiple. The work took about a week. Tim in the parts department really did me a solid today. I needed a new part for my 1998 boiler and he was able to trouble shoot my needs over the phone. I picked up the part an hour later and was on my way to my own repair, now our heat is back on before dropping again tonight. Very on it, helpful, and helped me to solving my problem.
