Aura is not only the ultimate professional yoga teacher and fitness trainer, she is also kind and caring. I never worry about getting hurt, as she always provides guidance to work around individual issues to protect knees, hips, shoulders, etc. The studio environment is beautiful, calm and sparkling clean. Her online classes are perfect for anyone with a busy schedule. She and David also consistently make a thoughtful commitment to our local community in so many ways.
A treasure. Aura and David have created an oasis that is wonderful to train, do yoga or get professional level personal coaching. The gym and yoga studio are well proportioned and have everything. A wonderful place to get in shape and centered.
Such an amazing experience! The equipment is vey clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The classes I have had there have all been amazing and the gym has a variety of machines. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice community oriented gym.
