I moved to a different home and it had an old swamp cooler.i called scotts company because I've dealt with them 5 yrs ago in the other house and always had good customer service especially by Christian. The owner scott personally came over and inspected what my house needed.he was not a salesman,he was a knowledgeable man who knew his stuff.he also told me his company has a 10 yr warranty on labor which most companies don't have and that could run into a lot of money.you get what you buy.i also noticed this time the response to any question or need was fast cause he got Lola a secretary who bends over backward make sure the customer gets the appointment he needs..he... read full review

We will always call Scott heating and cooling when we're having issues with our AC. Today Christian Perez helped us and he went above and beyond what he had to do in order to get our AC system working again. I am so thankful and grateful to you Christian for your help, beyond 5 stars, thank you.
